(In yoga, “Kundalini” is a spiritual energy known under various titles in many cultures such as “Shekinah” in mystical Judaism, “Sekhem” in Egypt, “Da Kan Li” in Taoism. Kundalini is the mysterious evolutionary energy in the human body and is a dormant, dormant potential power in the human organism.)
The human body and Soul are a universe of limitless potentialities.. When the kundalini awakenS. When wake up. Kundalini is a technology.
7 sleeperS’ sleep, could it be the awakening of kundalini? Could it be that by sleeping they were actually awakening? Could it be that the fire of life burned the most in their spine? Simultaneity?
Kundalini like snake venom, is characterised as a bitter medicine. It often takes pain to awaken. We are self-aware, conscious universes.
So,
When did I wake up?
When will you wake up?
Since ancient times, countless teachings aiming at enlightenment, although differing in methodology, basically involve the stimulation and activation of the Kundalini energy. Kundalini is symbolically represented as a sleeping snake coiled three and a half times at the base of the spinal cord.
Like snake venom, Kundalini is characterised as a bitter medicine. This can be understood even from the origin of the word Kundalini. Kund’: means to burn.
The serpentine power of Kundalini in the coccyx, which is said to bring to light even the smallest traumas in the depths of your unconscious, is considered to be the most powerful potential of man.
Does pain awaken?
The rise of Kundalini energy strengthens the sense of unity between the universe and the body. In fact, there is no difference between the universe and the human being. Every action affects the universe, and what happens in the universe affects us. In the state of Samadhi, one is both the seer and the seen. We are self-aware, conscious universes. The activation of Kundalini activates the Sixth Chakra and the pineal centre, and this area begins to regain some of its evolutionary functions.
The pineal gland is the gateway to direct experience of the energy of consciousness. The philosopher Nietzche said: “If you stare into the abyss long enough, you will eventually find that the abyss is staring back at you.”
“Ang sang wahe guru” mantra. “The marvellous intelligence of the creative consciousness dances in my every cell.”
The symbols of the snake and the bird represent the duality of human nature.
In Egyptian hieroglyphics, the serpent and the bird represent the duality or polarity of human nature. the serpent symbolises the evolutionary energy of the spiral world; the bird symbolises the awakened consciousness focused on the sun, light or single point and directed towards the emptiness of Akasha.
Akhenaton was a pharaoh who was called the Son of the Sun. He rediscovered the word God within himself, bringing together Kundalini energy and consciousness. In Egyptian hieroglyphs, awakened consciousness is represented by the symbols of the sun and the serpent appearing in the Third Eye, which again appear above the head of gods or awakened beings. In Indian and Yogic traditions, this harem is called “Sahasrara”, the lotus with a thousand petals, and the Hill Chakra is called Sahasrara.
This lotus is above the head of the dog of the 7 sleepers.
Ashâb-ı Kehf, or the Seven Sleepers, is the story of a group of Roman youths who abandoned their people and hid in a cave outside the city of Ephesus (today Selçuk, İzmir, Turkey). What the narratives have in common is that they are a group who turned their backs on their own people and abandoned them. The story is believed to have taken place around 250 AD, when the Roman Empire was persecuting Christians. Another version of the story is found in Surah Kehf in the Qur’an, the holy book of Islam (18:9-26).
The oldest similar example of such stories is found in the Hindu sacred text, the Mahaprasthanika Parva, the 17th book of the Mahabharata epic. According to this epic, seven people, followed by a dog, turn away from the kingdom and the world for asceticism.
This work of art asks these questions and more.
7 sleeperS’ sleep, could it be the awakening of kundalini? Could it be that by sleeping they were actually awakening? Could it be that the fire of life burned the most in their spine? Simultaneity?
The majority of the brush strokes in this artwork are the original versions created with traditional acrylic and oil paint on canvas. Sometimes I feel that I am doing magic, not art.
I’m leaving a very small wip video that will allow me to show maybe one thousandth of my artistic process. It’s just a x94589859854 times accelerated version of only the first stages of only one of my hundreds of paint strokes. The rest is a secret, you know. It’s magic.
And I wish everyone who reads this article and takes a closer look at my heart to wake up painlessly.
Love, Su.
